I’m Maechile, I just want to know if when can I recieve the items I ordered. I have 2 items ordered and said it will arrived Aug.26 and Aug.30 2020 but its already September 1 still no sign of my items being delivered. Can you please do some actions regarding this, how many times it postponed for delivery cause of pandemic I understand but the date estimated given is already due. Hoping you can solve it. Thank you.

Can you please update me and can you give me the exact details if where is my ordered items now and can you please contact your carrier to delivered your items or if they can't I can pick-up it but only at Trece Martires City, Cavite Area only I can pick-up the items. Thank you.
