My complaint:

My customer support does not work on my iPad. Why I don’t know, but I received an item which was wrong so now I can NOT request a refund, as they only way to do that is to go through customer support.

Suggested solution:

Give me my refund back to my original method of payment cancel the outstanding orders and credit my original method of pay,met for those too.
When complete I can verify the credits have been issued to my original method of payment, I will cancel the account.
