My complaint:

THIS IS TWICE NOW THAT I ORDERED A POCKET BOOK WHICH I ORDERED SPECIFICALLY SAID I WANTED A NAVY BLUE THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED O RECEIVED A WHITEWITH BLACK TRIM THE SECOND TIME I RE-ORDERED AGAIN ASKINH FOR THE NAVY BLUE THIS SECOND ORDER I RECEIVED A PINK ONE!!
WHAT DON’T THEY UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE COLO??? VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!!!
