My complaint:
I ordered an item from rhe Wish online store April 11, 2020. My order never arrived, I was not informed as to why. nor offered a refundcredit. According to the tracking information it never left China and was sent back to the manufacturer.
Suggested solution:
Wish should ensure that every order is fulfilled and take responsibility for customer retention and care via a live assistant (the automated service does not provide adequate support. If an item is returned, no matter the reason, Wish must contact the customer and refund the money or offer a store credit.
