My complaint:

I ordered a coat on October 6 2020 and it said it would be delivered on the 31st of October and it is not the 4th of November and I still have no received it yet. I contacted my local post office fedex and ups and DHL and they are all saying thr tracking number wish gave me is not there tracking number I am so upset right now I am out if almost 40 dollars because of this and it is not right this isn’t the first time this has happened

Suggested solution:

I either want my money back or them to send me another coat and part of my money back cause this is ridiculous
