My complaint:
I had ordered a mobile phone through Wish, and the item was not delivered to me yet. However, the status of the shipment is shown to be delivered in the application. When trying to raise a complaint, the options provided does not allow me to explain the issue in question or contact a representative. I am stuck with the AI user interface.
Suggested solution:
Make ways to report item not delivered issues and also make arrangements for customers to contact them 247.
I also want a refund since my item was not delivered.
