My complaint:

My first letter to Wish was sent Aug. 20, 2022. You may see it:

Item does not work. Display is dark anytime. Please, send me other watches, exactly as this one but in working condition

Today is Aug. 31, 2022. Within this period, I got answers from 3 different Wish workers. Scheme was all the same, any of Wish workers asked me similar senseless questions, I answered, after that there was several days of silence, and finally some new Wish worker entered this stupid game. For example, Wish letter dated Aug 24 was,
It would also be useful to provide the following information:
• Email Address
• Order ID (it starts with a 5 or 6 and you can find this on your order ation email)
So, your worker did send me email, asking my email address. Was it mockery?
So, your worker did ask me order ID in spite of I showed it in my first letter. Was it mockery?
Any of Wish workers asked me to send screenshot of wrong item. I sent 3 different pictures. Are they collecting these screenshots?
Now I ask to return my money. Plus to that I am sure these 3 Wish workers have to be punished.

Suggested solution:

Return money. Apologize. Punishment for those 3 Wish workers who did not want to answer me and to solve my problem
