Hey there. I made a purchase of 4 products on wish. Three of the 4 arrived. However, one item did not arrive at all and the estimated time of arrival passed a long time ago. I contacted wish support and asked them to give me a refund or at least deliver my order. However, they refused and told me that I should go and request refund from wish website. When I went to the wish website, it said that the refund window passed. I again said this to the customer support at wish. And they refused to give me a refund or even send me the product that I ordered. This has been a really causing me distress and frustration. I paid for my order and I did not recieve it or even get a refund. When i contacted wish support, I kept receiving the same exact message telling me to go on wish website and ask for the refund. I kept trying, and every time, my problem was never solved. When I asked wish support what happened to my order, they said that it was lost on it’s way and that they could do nothing about it. This is really unfair as I paid for my entire order. If the package was lost on it’s way, this is definitely not my fault. This issue should be solved by wish.
This complaint should be resolved by giving me a full refund of my order and also sending me the item that I paid for that I did not recieve. I have been going back and forth with the wish support team 2ith more than 50 messages, and yet my problem was never resolved. Please, I spent a lot of time and effort trying to get what I paid for. It is not right for the company to lose the item and then tell me that there is nothing that could be done.
