My complaint:
i ordered $83 worth of items. One leather jacket and eye wrinkle cream. I’ve reached out to the wish customer service department at least 5 or 6 times in the past month and a half. But they haven’t reached out to me regarding my concerns even once. But my credit card has been charged for these purchases and the only records that i can find is on my credit card statement.
Suggested solution:
I do still want the item that i tried to order and if not I want my money back with a explanation as well as a acknowledgement that my concerns are being addressed.
