My complaint:
I have ordered MULTIPLE items from WISH and have to date received NONE . I ordered a Camera for my computer in APRIL and the shipping details STOP on May 19th and now they just keep pushing the date back and back.. Same with some masks I ordered … ALL are still not delivered and there is no way to get a ACTUAL UPDATE on the website. VERY FRUSTRATING to not be able to get ANY explanations or help of any kind.
Suggested solution:
Well ACTUAL UPDATES would be a good start. A ACTUAL person or place to contact would be nice too.. But either TELL ME once and for all, WHEN I WILL RECIEVE my items?.. Or give me my money back.
I can tell you at this point all I want to do is get on EVERY social media account I have and preach to all that this Site is a complete and total RIP OFF
