My complaint:

I purchased a pair of light up shoes from this website on April 26th…I have yet to receive them. First time the delivery date was set for May 18th. Nothing. Then they pushed back the date to June 2nd. Now it has been pushed back again! June 18th… this is ridiculous. Even worse is I can’t talk to anyone AT ALL!!!! DONT TAKE PURCHASES IF YOU CANT HAVE A WAY FOR CUSTOMER TO GET ANSWERS AND IM NEVER USING THIS APP AGAIN!!! GARBAGE

2. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, AND NOT A CREDIT. IMMEDIATELY
