My complaint:
On May 9th 2021, I was placing orders on my cart. A appeared on my screen offering a 7% discount on my total order, so I had accepted it, however when I pressed accept, it had processed the order without me reviewing my cart to decide what to purchase and what leave out. When I noticed it has charged my card for $189 worth of items, the shipping had cost more than the items itself. I immediately messaged the wish team of what happened, by the time they responded it was too late to cancel my order. I was not aware of the processes, and it’s been 2 weeks trying to settle this dead end dispute, they are avoiding trying to resolve my request and always reply copied and pasted pointless answers. I had requested to refund the cost of shipping. The items coming from one supplier and it clearer states it is coming on a combined shipping, I had explained this to the wish customer service, however they keep repeating themselves that the items are being shipped from different parts of the world.
Suggested solution:
They should at least refund the total cost of shipping.
