My complaint:
Order 3 bracelets that was supposed to arrive on dec. 14th still no bracelets and no respond. Not vary happy with your fallow up system. I’ve tried on your app and all it keeps saying it should arrive on the 14th and now it’s the 18th

Send the dam bracelets! Send a up date do something
