My complaint:
my wife ordered a plant from Taiwan. About 5 months ago.bio security Australia rejected the plant from entering into Australia as its a bio risk.she only lost $5.00
They wrote in the letter to let you know. Other Australians will lose there freight and money over this issue.
Suggested solution:
they should write on there advertisements. Not shipped to Australian soil as it will be rejected
