My complaint:
I ordered goods in may 2019. The order dispatch date was constantly changed. I waited patiently. Eventually, i contacted the seller (chinese) who told me that because they were unable to fulfill they had refunded wish. I then contacted wish who told me that because the order was more than 30 days old, i was not entitled to a refund. The actual order is still showing a due date 3 days from now but continually gets pushed back.
After 10 months of waiting i want my money back but wish refuse.
Suggested solution:
Refund or send the goods
