My complaint:
I have tried to raise a requirement to cancel an order placed 5 weeks ago that promised 2 week delivery. The tracker still has the goods in China, not even left the factory. Every week or so the delivery date gets moved.
I have tried to raise their customer support for nearly 2 weeks, but totally ignored.
Suggested solution:
CANCEL my order and refund my money.
Have in place an actual customer support team.
