Wish complaint: Refused refund.

My complaint:

I have placed an order on February 27th, 2020 which supposed to be delivered by May 1st, 2020. On May 1st, 2020 I tried to contact Wish customer service to inform them that I did not received my order. The Wish app asked me to wait 5 business day as international shipping might take longer, and I did. On May 10th, 2020 I tried again to check my Wish account in order to get an answer about my order, but I was amazed that Wish changed the delivery date from May 1st, 2020 to June 11th, 2020 with out any notification. At this point I started a conversation with Wish customer service via email, about refunding the money I spent for the purchase , and they don’t want to refund my money saying that I need to wait until June 11th, 2020. I’m not agree to wait anymore and i would like to get my money back right now.

Suggested solution:

The only way of resolving the issue is to refund my money.
