My complaint:

I have been waiting for this order since April. Everytime I receive a date for delivery, May 12th and then changed to May 27th I wonder how many times the date of delivery will change. This is getting really irritating and I want to know when I will receive these masks.
Suggested solution:
Find out where exactly my order really is and expedited it immediately. I need this order. I expect a response to this complaint because all of my attempts to get an answer through “Customer Service” have been ignored.
