My complaint:
I placed an order on 415 and canceled the following morning after never getting a ation I left a message with their customer service to refund my money and I only received a robot message asking for my ation number. Today is the 520, I have no merchandise and no refund. When I check the app it says my order was shipped from a warehouse in China
Suggested solution:
Refund my money.
