My complaint:
I ordered items on wish over 3 months ago. They keep changing the delivery date. Only after 3 months have they said the delivery date changes are due to ‘COVID’.
The items i ordered will now no longer fit my children, therefore are un-usable. At the time of purchase there was no information about any possible delays due to covid or that they can keep pushing back the delivery date.
I am unable to talk to anyone. There is no option to ask to cancel or get a refund.

Suggested solution:
I would like to cancel the orders i placed and receive a refund for the 3 remaining items.
