Wish complaint: Delivery Disappointment

My complaint:

Using my account, my partner ordered a bag on the 29th of April 2020. The suggested delivery time was the 6th-16th of May 2020, which we specifically checked as my birthday was on the 15th of May and it was a birthday present for myself. It is now the 20th of May 2020 and I still have not received the bag in the mail. When I’ve checked the tracking, it said it was sent and declined at security? I then had a text from Royal Mail saying that a new parcel has been sent to me from China – although it’s been in the “air” travelling to the UK for over a week now. What is going on?

Suggested solution:

I’d like more information as to what is happening to my parcel as I’m upset that it hadn’t arrived in time for my birthday! I’d also like some sort of gesture of good will as I’ve lost faith in Wish as a company, when I’ve ordered many a time before with no problems.
