Complaint: Failed delivery dates, wrong products refund refusal

My complaint:

I have ordered number of items from Wish within a year as a result of this, they offered me a promotion code which had never been the right one.

On 31 July 2020, I ordered number of face masks that they ed during the purchasing that they only take 3 working days to arrive. However two of the orders came in a week time in totally different colours unlike those ones I ordered and I received the rest also not exactly what I have chosen at the end of September 2020.

I ordered Gym Bench at the middle of August 2020 where they ed during the purchasing that it will arrive in 7 working days and until today I have not received it.

Again, I ordered a (Sunsung Mobile Phone @ £80.00). The delivery did come at the latest point which failed to meet the allotted time. They delivered me with quite different phone, I returned it to them immediately after I received it and until today I have not received my refund over 5 or 6 weeks now.

So I strongly believe this organisation is designed to be misleading their customers and something must be done to stop those happening to people.

Suggested solution:

I needed my refund, apologies with reward for the distress they put me through and then delivery my order I have paid for as soon as possible indeed.

2 weeks ago - I am pleading for Media Attention to support customers like me to get our refunds with rewards and received our products that we have paid for. Thank you.
