My complaint:

I ordered something for my boyfriend and I. I was very excited to see it was scheduled to most likely arrive September 28, 2020. However, I’m still waiting for a package that’s in New York! I only live about four hours from the state and I’m still waiting for the package! In fact, Wish doesn’t update on the app when you try to track the package. I still have something from September 26 that’s still waiting to be updated. My mom has even complained to me that Wish takes a long time to ship. I’ve ordered many other things online during this pandemic and have received all items within a timely frame. Most likely will not purchase anything from Wish again. Ridiculous.

Suggested solution:

Update tracking every day. Otherwise, what’s the point of tracking an item if it isn’t updated every day?!
