My complaint:
I purchased a mobile phone on wish on the 13June 2020.The amount that was taken from my account was R927.94.After waiting for 5months I cancelled the order.I then received a refund amount of R62.54. Now they say I used a promo code or discount. And cant refund the full amount? So I paid R900 for a phone and get no phone and a R60 back? That do not make sense to me.
Suggested solution:
I want the full amount that was taken from my account or the phone as soon as possible.
