My complaint:
I made an order for two yoga pants suit, one blue and the other one purple, they did not fit so I return both items through UPS store, Both items were in the same package, they asked me for a bunch of proof that I sent the items, I gave them the proof, that items were delivered back to them and a girl name KAREN RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, they now telling me that my receit doesn’t have the tracking number on it, I explain to them that the tracking number won’t show on the receipt because they sent it to me by email after they shipped the package, and they still refusing to gave me back my Refund, they have the order number, the tracking number, I gave everything they asked me for, and still nothing..
Suggested solution:
Give me back my Refund
