My complaint:
I tried to take screen shots but it happened so often I finally just saved one. And I’m SURE I was not confused as items were presented as ClAIM versus BUY to put it in your cart. It further described the items (shoes, sneakers, various woman’s tops and more) as available for the cost of Shipping and Handling Only!
Of course once you selected CLAIM and were moved to where would choose your size and color… suddenly the actual price was shown and is what was reported in the Cart too. It happened so often and wasted so much of my time I no longer trust the Wish site and will not put more in my second cart of the day but will put most back and stop coming out to Wish… back to Noracora or others and I’m sorry I liked Wish initially.
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem! In my state and possible the US merchants are forced to allow the client the goods at the price advertised even if it’s wrong until the merchant fixes it. I doubt I can force you to look thru your site for the instances I saw… write if u want one screen shot I saved but stopped documenting probs on your site as it took away the joy… the reason I’ll occasionally indulge myself with several purchases, even a second cart later like today
