My complaint:
I have been patiently waiting for roughly 15 to 25 items to come in since February 2020. For months I would check the status and it would say the items are coming. Well here I am almost a year later and just keep getting lied to or jumping through hoops. Their argument is that its past the return date. Well no kidding. I can’t return something _i never received. This is theft plain and simple. Its probably happening to others also.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back. Simple. You can't steal from people. Its honestly disgusting that they are doing this during a pandemic. I wonder how many other people they are doing this too
It happened the same to me. Just published a complaint. I’m so pissed off.
I don’t know what makes them think its ok. Oh its past the return time frame. Um, I didn’t receive it first off. If I received all the items I paid for than I wouldn’t be complaining.
