My complaint:
On the 27th March 2020, I ordered an item (Cuban link chain), but I cancelled my order two weeks ago. I emailed this company to request a refund of £30.00 and I was informed that a refund would be granted within 14 days. I still have not received it as yet.
As of today the 7th May 2020, I again request a refund of £30.00.
Suggested solution:
Grant me my refund of £30.00.
