My complaint:

The package I ordered never arrived. I called UPS with the tracking info I was given. I was told by UPS that the tracking number associated with the package was from Amazon and did not have my name or address in it. Online tracking info only said it was delivered to my town, but didn’t have an address. I sent about 20 emails to wish customer support to report this fraud and find out the seller’s info. They dodged that question every time and even ignored me for about a week. Terrible customer service, never using this app again.

I have the same problem ….is 100% the same …seriously I don’t understand how this company can be serious…..never ever I gonna buy form wish I prefer pay a little extra and buy Amazon. Or eBay ….because wish is a joke .
