My complaint:
I ordered an S30U Plus phone. I attempted to activate, and failed with several providers, wasting over 14 hours. When I looked up the IMEI, it was registered as an Apple Ipad Pro. It is a phone!
Suggested solution:
I really would like to have this model. I want a replacement.
