My complaint:
I placed an order for x2 lighting and received x1. Payment has been taken in full for x2. My order information states that I have received my order when I have not received this in full. I have contacted the support department about this numerous times only to be told that still have time to receive my order. I have again today contacted them as it still says I have received my order only to be told that I cannot now get a refund and I am out of time. The service is dispicable and I don’t seem to get an answer from anyone nor are they updating my status to state that order is still outstanding.
Suggested solution:
I would like to either receive my order in full or receive a full refund including postage for the item not received. I would also like to be compensated for the distress they have caused along with the time delays
