My complaint:

I want a resolution to my issue they failed to resolve it I told them the zipper don’t work I wanted to exchange it they won’t let me exchange it which is foolish when I paid my money and I have never heard of such a thing they said that since I don’t have the size tag they can’t help bogus I sent them a photo of the size tag on the dress it’s like they just want to be difficult for some reason anytime i have ordered from different online stores they had no issue with me exchanging as long as I had my receipt and the item is in good condition it was no issue and with wish they don’t send no receipt with your item or a return label which is suspect all I want is to exchange the item or they can issue me a refund I won’t be doing business with them in the future
