My complaint:

I waited months for a t shirt of David Bowie and when it arrived it was the wrong one. But on the Wish sales site a customer cannot complain the system offers the wrong questions to customers the firm takes the money but wont allow a customer to get a reply.

Suggested solution:

Change there system for customers to get in touch with the company by phone or text on their site. And make sure that the correct article has been sent by another person checking the package other than the person that packed the item
