My complaint:

Because I couldn’t Remember my Old Password, and gave a New One, along
With a New email Wish Refused to complete my order. Even with a Good WellsFargo Acct, and Apple Pay I was turned down…. ALL because of the Old Password. WISH has ALL KINDS OF DATA TO TRACK ME AND PRWVIOUS PURCHASES. MY NAMEADDERESSCELL NEVER CHANGED, BUT IF THEY WOULD HAVE JUST. CHECKED THAT …THEY COULD SEE I AM A CUSTOMER SINCE NOV 2017 !!!
I Writing to get My Acct. straightened out so I can again make purchases. Your
Customer Service is ridiculous, because the customer Drs cannot even STATE
WHAT THEY WANT WITH AN ACTUAL PERSON I CALLED TO COMPLAIN TO APPLE BECAUSE THEY EVEN REFUSED APPLE PAY FOR A PYMT.
AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF PURCHASING FROM WISH I AM TRULY
DISSAPPOINTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Just Correct the New Updated Acct Information Without Worrying about
An OLD PASSWORD. I have the SAME NAME, ADDRESS, AND CELL NUMBER, MY WELLS FARGO ACCT IS IN GOOD STANDING. I TRIED TO
CORRECT THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM FOR OVER THREE HOURS WITH NO HELP TILL APPLE TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE DEVELOPER ABOUT THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING.
