My complaint:
Cannot complete my order. Also they sent me a jacket for winter wear but it turned out to be a hooded fleece jacket in pink instead of red, wrong size and completely different from their photo. It came months after the order was given, and the covid 19 had just started so I didnt know what to do. I wanted to send it back but didnt know where to send it as there was no address. Can I send it back to WISH? I pay normally by paypal but they are not accepting this method of payment from me at the moment.
Suggested solution:
I would like WISH to accept my paypal payment and accept my irish postcode which every other company accepts. I would also like WISH to refund my money to paypal for the jacket which was a terrible disappointment. The quality was terrible.
