My complaint:
Loosing rewards when no purchase was made.
I went to the basket where had items pending I found the same item cheaper but when I deleted the offer the reward just disappeared when I looked on the rewards page it was gone from there also yet I had made no purchase. This has resulted in me not making any purchase because of the reward loss.
Suggested solution:
Rewards should be only removed on a purchase not when the basket is unloaded
