My complaint:
I made an order on wish.com that should have arrived by May 6. The order never arrived. There is no way to request a refund through the order. I messaged customer service, they said to wait until the end of the arrival window. They’ve extended that window three times. They said they will not give a refund unless I request it directly from the order. That is not an option provided on their website.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money that they have stolen.
