My complaint:
I ordered a metal die some time back and it should’ve arrived in my mail box by May 21. It never got to my address. I tried to contact someone,but, the item I wanted to complain about went far back so the item didn’t show up. I’m not happy.
Suggested solution:
Send me another one for free with no postage fee. I keep getting told to wait. It's a stamp and metal Happy Birthday with a manin a suit standing against a wall.
