My complaint:
I’ve been a shopper on Wish the online store for the past six years now and I love it. And still do. I ordered some items nine in total and was expecting them by the middle of February they never arrived by the max due date. Of the nine items six of them were eligible for refund. I opted for more delivery time and this was on the 2nd of March 2021. The other 3 items were eligible for refund by March 1st, 2021. So when I opted to wait a little longer for it them. So to my surprise a got a text from Wish on the 3rd of March 2021. Saying that my packages were delivered. I checked my mail box and I hadn’t received any thing from Wish. So quiet naturally I contacted my post office and asked them about it and the post master informed me that the delivery was 3 weeks ago. And that the courier may not remember what was delivered, so I filed a complaint with the USPS and to my surprise when I called back two weeks later I was notified that my case was closed. I have since contacted my local new investigator buy email and now I’m filing this complaint with you against the online store Wish. You the funny thing is that on March 5th, 2021. I got another text from Wish that my packages were out for delivery. Truth is that I don’t think that my packages were ever delivered. I don’t know what to do next, I’m out of my items and money. Please help me. My nine items were listed as delivered on February 18th, 2021 and left in or near my mail box at 12:28pm. I checked my mail box every day and all though the month of February I never received this particular package. I had been waiting for this package since January 23rd, 2021. And now I can’t even get my money back. My order history wasn’t updated until March 3rd, 2021. And on my order history it is listed as also being delivered on February 19th, 2021. I love this App Store Wish and I’ll continue to shop with them, it’s just that this can’t happen again.

What should have happened is that all packages must be ed delivered but customer not the post office. I have always been able to do this since I’ve been with this company. I think there’s a glitch in the system that explain why this is happening. And unless I delivery I should always be able to get my refund for items not received.
