My complaint:
I ordered a bicycle seat April 5 and payment was taken on April 17. It is now June 30. Still no seat. I have sent more than 20 emails with no success. I am constantly told to go to order history and follow instructions. I have repeatedly told them when I go to order history it tells me I have made no orders. Therefore I can not follow instructions. I have sent emails with proof of successful transaction and payment and I get the same response ie go to order history. They also said my order number should be 26 digits, but in fact it is 24. Customer support is not fit for purpose.
