My complaint:
Wise deactivated my Business Personal account without any reason. I had £1282 in my Business account prior to when it was deactivated. I was asked to appeal wait 20days. I did. After 20days, they only refunded £2.79 instead of the entire £1282. They’ve refused to explain to me why they’re holding my money.
Suggested solution:
I need to know what happened to my money. I need my £1282 refunded back to the account I provided then.
