My complaint:
After 2 years of doing business with Wise they blocked my account asking for additional personal info. I supplied info. They unblocked account. I initiated a transfer of $500 from my US bank. Wise took the money then blocked my account again saying the documents I provided were not adequate. They arr impossible to communicate with. No response as to how to get my money back from them.
Suggested solution:
Return my $500 to my US bank account immediately.
