My complaint:
Wirex have locked my account. It has been a week and no response or action made. This has happened to me before and it was resolved in less than 2 days. This is unacceptable when I have funds that can’t be accessed! Fustrating to say the least.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account ASAP
