My complaint:
in 2021, Doretta Karns, an 84 year old ALS patient, who likes to email her friends and this is the only communication she has as she cannot speak, was charged by WinRed $4,599.00 over the period from 982021 to 12242021. Many charges on the same day. This caused overdrafts and penalties to her account. A total of 144 transactions were made by WinRed during this period. She is not capable of handling these problems and is having serious emotional reactions to this activity .
Suggested solution:
I want WinRed to refund the money they have fraudulently taken from her account.
