My complaint:
For at least a year, my AAA credit card has been charged duplicate times for a donation. For example the months of November and December I was charged 11 times; 1130 and 1201 I was charged three times for $25; 1111 I was charged $25 twice. I can supply my a copy of my account printout with evidence of this happening 36 times through December of 2020.
Suggested solution:
Since I now believe, judging by widespread complaints, that this was deliberate. I want all deductions restored and I will bar Winred from ever accessing my account. One way Winred does this is by their checking a box indicating the donor wants to give to additional candidates leaving the donor to actually uncheck the box or boxes.
