My complaint:
For months I have been asking Winred to refund my recent $20 monthly donations and discontinue withdrawing any future funds. Each time the automated response states that it has been taken care of, but it hasn’t stopped. I have been unable to speak with a live person. They keep messaging me that info has been sent to my email address, but that address is a closed account and I have no way to give them my new email address. They now owe me $120.00
Suggested solution:
They should refund my $120.00 and not make any further withdrawals on my account.
