My complaint:
My mother who has dementia was fraudulently charged by Winred on her Bofa credit card. BofA’s algorithm didn’t catch their 4-5 times a day charge to her account and now my 80 year old mother who doesn’t know how to even use a phone has credit issues! Shame! Too many bank statements to provide but I have them.
Suggested solution:
Refund my mother. Fix their practices and probably should be sued!
