My complaint:

I opened an email from Winred requesting a donation on 722020. I pressed the key for “other amount” and was immediately billed $1,000!! I immediately sent an email to Winred demanding a refund, but it was after their working hours. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company. Winred then said they won’t do anything while I’m disputing the charge with visa?!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Refund $1,000 to my credit card. Once received, I will cancel the dispute filed with Visa.
