My complaint:
My mentally challenged daughter was buying a gift card as a gift,the clerk ask how much and my daughter said 500. It obviously was a mistake but the clerk sold it tohet. I am trying to get a refund and Winn Dixie says no the receipt says no refund. It does but you would think they would have the decency to look at the situation and give er a refund. She lives off her SSI and cannot afford a 500 gift card for anyone! I am very disappointed and angry.
