My complaint:
I asked a managers to call NetSpend because they told me they need to have a manager call to put my $500 on a card which I have already purchased a card it was lost or stolen but everything’s fine with the money NetSpend told me to go inside the store and have a manager call theml they will not do it nor print my receipt which I know the exact date and time they could be the ones that have frauded my money

I would like to have my money put on my card my new one with my name on it
